The initial concepts
The design concept for this exclusive residence was rooted in creating a harmonious fusion of skyline views and architectural luxury. From the very beginning, the goal was to transform a high-rise shell into a warm, modern sanctuary through tailored layouts, custom materials, and tech-integrated living.
Key inspirations included:
- Opening up closed layouts for expansive, flowing volumes
- Maximizing skyline-facing views of Burj Khalifa and Creek Harbour
- Using French glass partitions, natural wood, stitched leather, and premium marbles
- Curating a furniture collection custom-made for this residence
- Introducing ECLIPSE as both a focal point and functional feature
The design direction focused on elevating comfort and enhancing the visual and tactile experience in every space, all while maintaining the sleek elegance of Dubai’s modern lifestyle.
